So here is another Me-Made-May 2012 week and I am back with a little summary. The highlight of this week for me, was that while very busy in work, I squeezed in a little alteration to my Twisted Skirt- I felt it was sitting too low, so I simply took the excess width around the yoke into small symmetric pleats, two at the front and two at the back- each about 1cm deep. This brought the skirt up to my natural waist, and took the twisted part up from my thighs, which are the widest part of my pair shaped body, therefore making the skirt shape closer to A-line, it does look quite flattering, and super cute!
So I am delighted as so far I had only worn this skirt once ;) so I made sure it gets around a lot this past week.
And here is my report:
Tuesday , May 8th - Twisted skirt
Wednesday, May 9th - September Dress/Top , Silver Shine Cardigan
Thursday, May 10th - Winter Mood Cardigan, Twisted skirt
Friday, May 11th - Twisted skirt
Saturday, May 12th - Rushed up sleeves Top
Sunday, May 13th-Twisted skirt

Hi Cathy, I am in the Sunny South East! How's the fabric shops situation in the West? It is a nightmare over here, I have to shop for everything online. Dublin is way too expensive and here they only sell curtain fabrics…. Will check your blog out now!
